Probation / Community Supervision
The Community Supervision Department, formerly known as the Probation Office, is the office which handles all aspects of cases granted a term of probation. These duties begin with an initial interview to determine eligibility for supervision, and include monitoring people on probation, and finally, filing motions to revoke probation when those conditions are broken. This department has two main offices downtown. There is one office located on the first floor in the Justice Complex. The other main office is 3 blocks north at 13th and San Antonio street in the Executive Office building.
